Refund policy
At Towper, customer satisfaction is our priority. You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.
1. RETURN WINDOW
You have 14 days from the delivery date to request a return.
2. ELIGIBILITY
To qualify for a return:
- the item must be unused
- in its original condition
- in original packaging
- proof of purchase is required
3. RETURN PROCESS

Once approved, return instructions will be provided.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.
4. REFUNDS
After receiving and inspecting the returned item:
- refunds are processed within 5–10 business days
- issued via the original payment method
5. DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS
Report any issues within 48 hours of delivery.
We will provide a replacement or full refund.
